State Otago Volts all-rounder has been added to the BLACKCAPS 30-man squad for the ICC Cricket World Cup.
Scott, a left-hand bat and left-arm medium pace bowler, will now be considered for one of 15 places to travel to the West Indies
The 27-year-old replaces the retired Nathan Astle in the preliminary group, with the tour party announced on February 13.
