The search for New Zealand’s next fast bowler will hot up this summer as the nation’s youngsters take up The National Bank Fast Bowling Challenge.
If you are a secondary school student and think you can trouble the speed radar, to find out how you could be New Zealand’s Fastest Secondary School Bowler.
The winner will win the enviable title of New Zealand’s fastest young bowler, with a personalised high performance coaching and analysis session at the NZC High Performance Centre to hone those emerging skills.
The Fast Bowling Challenge is travelling throughout the country during two weeks in February, covering towns and cities nationwide.
The six fastest bowlers from throughout the country, accompanied by a parent or guardian, will be flown to a final ‘Bowl-off’ in Auckland, where the potential future BLACKCAPS will meet members of the current crop!
